We pride ourselves on being completely transparent with regards to our fees and pricing structure.
The Tenant Fees Act bans most letting fees and caps tenancy deposits paid by tenants in the private rented sector in England. The ban on tenant fees applies to new or renewed tenancy agreements signed on or after 1 June 2019.
A tenant may be liable for a penalty charge of £30, this may either be an arrears administration charge, or charge for lost security fobs/keys. (additional charge for locksmith may also apply).
One flat commission rate on rental amount of property for full management of a property, plus VAT.
eg: 10% + VAT of £750 per calendar month rent.
Absolutely no other charges, from us. This excludes additional third party charges applicable to maintaining your property.
